Elizabeth grew up in Stewartville, MN, the daughter of Charles and Crystal and sibling to younger brothers, Nick and Nate and one older sister, Sabrina. She’s a proud aunt of two, Sophia and R.J. An animal lover, she has two dogs, Bella and Bear and two horses, Jenny and Bam-Bam. In addition to pursuing a biomedical degree at St. Cloud State she coaches volleyball and works as a direct support staff for Dungarvin as well as a chemical dependency technician.
She has played and coached many sports from a young age, including football. During high school, Elizabeth participated in volleyball, basketball and track & field, where she still holds a school record for the 100M hurdles. She graduated from high school in 2010 and attended Iowa Lakes Community College, where she played on a volleyball team that placed fifth in the national tournament. She then transferred to North Dakota State College of Science and played volleyball and basketball. After graduating from NDSCS with an associate’s degree, she transferred to St. Cloud State University. While attending SCSU, she took up rugby in 2013. She is currently the assistant coach for St. Cloud Technical Community College. Go Cyclones!
