#67 Rebecca Main

PositionOffensive Line

Hailing from Wisconsin Rapids, WI; Rebecca has a diverse background in sports and music. Years of working with national and world championship level athletes and musicians has given her an edge and a drive to compete for the top.

What initially brought Rebecca to the MN Vixen was the desire to work with motivated individuals of all abilities, backgrounds and activity passions. Ultimately, what sealed the deal was meeting the emboldened individuals who run the MN Vixen.

She comes from multiple "worlds", being a Powerlifter (27 years), ballerina, hockey player, personal trainer & singer as well as teacher (Physical Education, Health, Choral Education, Elementary Music). In 2016, she became an IPF (world) powerlifting referee and USA national powerlifting assistant coach. The most recent chapter included working alongside the Strength & Conditioning coaches for the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities hockey teams, as well as team USA and NHL hockey players. The current addition is achieving some personal lifting competition goals and obtaining the Masters of Coaching Performance.

What she enjoys about being a strength coach is having the opportunity to help people learn the little steps they can take to achieve the goals they truly want via proper technique and training cycles.

Her next goal is to bring the skills and expertise from multiple sources to help construct an impenetrable MN Vixen offense line against any defense. Competition is also still in the cards as both classic and equipped powerlifting cycles round out her training year.
