DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re a novice or planning on trying out for the team\, this is a great way to try your hand at some drills with actual Vixen players. This is a casual practice\, non- contact\, and open to the public for females ages 18 and older.  No registration required and FREE!\n   \nWe will be doing our standard warm-ups followed by non-contact drills in both offense and defense.  You will get a chance to learn how to do a proper 3 point stance\, catch like a receiver and take a hand-off from the quarterback!\n  \nWear athletic clothing appropriate for outdoors including shoes (cleats not required) and bring water to drink. Mouth guards encouraged but not required.  The field is on the west side of the building on 84th street.\n\n
