Anna grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where she played all kinds of sports including basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Her love for football started at a young age watching Vikings games with her Dad. Anna moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota where she got her degree in Computer Science. Upon graduating, she decided to remain in the Twin Cities, working as a software engineer specializing in the development of weather modeling tools. In her free time, Anna volunteers at an equine therapy center that provides occupational therapy, physical therapy, and mental health services to children. Anna also plays in an adult soccer league, recreationally rock climbs, and has picked up HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts). When not physically active, she likes to read, do jigsaw puzzles, and take her pup, Sophie, camping. Anna is thrilled to finally get the opportunity to play competitive football, go Vixen!
