Morgan Pettipas has a penchant for breaking barriers. The Saskatchewan, CA native was the first girl at her high school to play football and the first selected to a provincial team. After playing a season with the Saskatchewan women’s team, she moved all the way to the University of New Brunswick (about a 1 1/4 hour drive from Maine’s eastern border) and was a thrower on the university’s track and field team. Pettipas already brings multi-sport and coaching experience to the Vixen, despite being early in her career.
